Service Agreement

This section provides an easy-to-understand insight into what we'll be doing for the client throughout our partnership. From initial technical setup to campaign management and reporting, we ensure transparency in all our operations.

Technical Setup:

We start by acquiring unique domains for improved email deliverability, setting up individual email accounts with forwarding, and authenticating emails (DMARC, DKIM, and SPF) using GlockApps. Campaign monitoring and management are simplified with SmartLead.ai.

List Building: Next, we build a list of 3,000 companies with 1,000 verified Prospects each for three avatars, using MillionVerifier for email accuracy. Each Lead is personalized, and data is kept GDPR compliant in a Google Sheets lead list.

Campaign Setup and Launch: We initiate your campaign by conducting deliverability checks, crafting tailored campaigns in SmartLead.ai, and scheduling sends according to your time zone. An auto warmer system keeps your email accounts engaged, boosting deliverability.

Campaign Checkpoints: Bi-weekly checkpoints fine-tune strategies based on insights, keeping us on track with your objectives. Iteration every two weeks ensures continuous improvement.

1.Definitions and Interpretation:

  1. 'Prospects' are defined as potential customers who have been qualified as meeting specific criteria that indicate an ability and likelihood to buy based on their demographic, technographic, or firmographic data.

  2. 'Leads' are defined as pre-qualified Prospects who have correctly answered a "BANT Style" series of questions to determine their quality and who have scheduled a meeting with a client. These questions will be added to their Calendly pages, and for calls which are scheduled manually, the questions will be asked to the Prospect by Lawson House.

  3. 'Target Market' is defined during an initial "Kickoff Call" where we discuss and determine the client's target market.

  4. 'Join Date' is defined as the date when the first payment is made, and the terms and conditions become effective.

  5. "‘Campaign Start Date' is defined as 14 working days after the Join Date. This period is used for "Technical Setup" and "List Building", and warming up new email accounts for improved deliverability.

2. Services:

  1. Lawson House will perform the following services for the Client: Outreaching to a minimum of 3,000 verified Prospects per month through cold email campaigns.

  2. Managing responses to the campaign to convert Prospects to Leads.

  3. Scheduling these meetings directly into the Client's Google Calendar.

  4. The Client must have a Google Workspace account and a paid Calendly account subscribed to the Professional plan for automated email and text follow-ups.

  5. Client Communication:

    1. The Client will be introduced to their Customer Success Manager as soon as the first payment is made in a "Kickoff Call". This call is scheduled through a secret Calendly link which will be immediately sent to the Client via an automated email after the payment has been made.

    2. We strive to meet our stringent timelines and deliver high-quality service, and active and timely communication from the Client is crucial. This is particularly critical during the initial two-week period before the Campaign Start Date, which is dedicated to Technical Setup and List Building.

    3. If the Client does not respond promptly to communication attempts made by Lawson House during the first 14-working days, the Campaign Start Date will be postponed, thus postponing the eligible refund date. The delay will be equivalent to the number of working days it takes for the Client to respond. Please note that your adherence to this clause is crucial to the success of our partnership, and any delay in communication during the initial two weeks can significantly impact our ability to deliver the agreed-upon Leads within the designated timeframe.

4. Refunds:

  1. The Client is eligible for a refund if Lawson House fails to generate a minimum of 10 Leads within 90 days from the Campaign Start Date.

  2. The Client must provide the attendance report from Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams to their Customer Success Manager via email.

  3. The Client must also show their Customer Success Manager on their Kickoff Call their Calendly automated follow-ups and Google Calendar, thus improving eligibility for a possible refund.

  4. In the event that the Client successfully closes a business deal with any of the Leads generated by Lawson House's services, the refund eligibility is nullified. This is because the Client has received a return on their investment from the closed Lead, making it inequitable to provide a refund. The recognition of a Lead as 'closed' is when an official agreement of sale or service is reached between the Client and the Lead. By proceeding with our services, the Client acknowledges this condition and agrees that a successful business closure with any Lead will render them ineligible for a refund.

5. Opportunity Handoff:

  1. Lawson House is responsible for generating Leads and scheduling them directly with the Client. The cost is $350 per Lead for the first 10 Leads. After the first 10 Leads, the cost per Lead drops to $200.

6. Payment:

  1. Payment for the Service is for 10 Leads and is paid upfront. These Terms and Conditions become effective between the Client and Lawson House immediately upon payment—and by paying—the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

7. Term:

  1. The terms of the contract are effective for three months from the Join Date.

8. Liability:

  1. Lawson House shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or injury of any kind or nature suffered by the Client, arising out of, or in connection with, any error, or omission, or any instruction or advice given by Lawson House, or for any consequential or indirect loss whatsoever, whether that loss arises from a breach of a duty in contract or tort or in any other way, including loss arising from negligence. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of employees.

9. Governing Law:

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

  2. Please review this document carefully. By making your first payment, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service.
